The print is made in natural indigo dye and the fine linear pattern is a made in a mud paint resist technique This pattern is inspired by the rays of the sun and the shapes of the moon .
The block print technique and use of natural dyes lend themselves to variations in color and pattern. Please take care and embrace these unique qualities.
Hand wash, hang dry and avoid deodorants that contain aluminum as it can create a reaction with the natural dyes. Do not dry clean as the chemicals can react with the natural dyes.
